Welcome to "Chief Executive Outlaws," the thrilling board game where you become the boss of a cunning crime syndicate! In this game of drafting, trading, and clever competition, your objective is to assemble the best team of formidable outlaws to beat-out rival syndicates and claim dominance over the criminal underworld. 

Each player will draft a team of outlaws to match their unique clever schemes and mastermind plans. Once teams are assembled, the crime spree begins - players must decide if they have the right mix of skills in their crew to win a job or swing the outcome with a well-timed scheme, while avoiding becoming the patsy if a job fails! Subsequent rounds present new challenges as you develop your strengths, learn your enemies weaknesses, and make tough decisions about which outlaws to keep and which to trade away.
